RNR Tire Express

Got the groupon and as expected nothing went to plan. As expected, this is a tire chop shop with bait and switch sales techniques. Held up my end of the bargain and gladly provided all my information. Wasted an entire two days coordinating my alignment only to be told, MY TIRES WERE TOO OLD? How does that really have any relevance. It doesn't only if you're a piece of shit tire chop shop. So now I have a groupon I can't use and paid for, wasted two days trying to coordinate my alignment, and ultimately my wheels still are out of alignment. Horrible experience, horrible people, and horrible all around. Shoot me in the face having to deal with these type of people.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this place. If an issue has ever happened they have gone absolutely above and beyond. They helped me when I was in a very very tough position. It helped my family and I in an extremely difficult time. I can’t express enough how grateful I am. Wayne has been an amazing help and so has his team at this store. Well deserved 5 stars from me. I cannot thank them enough.

Greate experience overall! Drove in from NJ and picked up a screw in my tire on the way, and just happened to notice that while filling the tank. Nicole really went above and beyond and fit me into the schedule. They got me in and out in less than thirty minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys. Plus they haven't excellent selection of rims and tires that I was checking out in the showroom at very reasonable prices as well.

Traveling from out of town and caught a flat. Pulled up right before closing, Corey, Matt and Paul took the time to precisely see what needed to be patched up on our tire. Whew! We had about 3 nails in our tire. Thanks guys for your care to get us back on the road. We really appreciate it. Definitely check them out guys rather you are local or out of town.

I want to give a huge thank you to Mr. Darrell and Mr. Wayne for helping me get 4 brand new tires without having to put anything down upfront. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly meant a lot to me. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and treated me with respect from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest people who genuinely care about helping others. Thank you again Mr. Darrell and Mr. Wayne!
